Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any commitment when I signup? 
Absolutely not. You can cancel, pause, increase or decrease quantity at any time without charges. You just need to give us three days notice before your next box is due.
Why raw food?
For many owners it's about giving dogs good quality, high-protein meals with fewer fillers. Some people report shinier coats, steadier energy, and better teeth health, although each dog responds differently and diet should always be considered individually.
What is the BARF model?
BARF stands for Biologically Appropriate Raw Food. It generally focuses on a raw-fed diet built mainly from meat, bone, and offal, with some plant-based foods included.
Why do you only offer the BARF model for meals?
We believe a great meat-based diet works well for most dogs, while carefully chosen fruit and vegetables can also add useful micronutrients. BARF gives us a practical, flexible framework.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to most of the UK mainly via our courier service, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and some islands. See our delivery information page for details.
What if I am not in to take delivery?
Our boxes come insulated and can stay frozen for up to 12 hours after they reach your door.
Can I change the quantity after I signup?
Of course. In the original service this was handled in your account settings, and the future rebuilt flow will keep that flexibility.
What if my dog has allergies or dislikes certain things?
No problem. Let us know what your dog is allergic to or doesn't like, and those items can be taken off the menu.
